Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy for Sleep Issues and Insomnia

Not being able to sleep is one of the most frustrating conditions to suffer from. Lying awake, aware of time ticking away and not being able to fall into slumber is exasperating and debilitating….

It doesn’t matter too much if it only happens every now and then but if it happens on a regular basis, it can bring exhaustion, bad choices, depression, anxiety and a whole host of physical and mental unwellness.

Hypnotherapy is recognised as an ‘adjunctive intervention’ for sleep disorders and is a wonderful way to help you get into the relaxed state of mind necessary to aid restful sleep. 1.

I listened to the hypno sleep recording for the first time last night.
Despite having an extremely fidgety foot after recently breaking my ankle, I managed a state of deep relaxation and hadn’t realised I had actually drifted into a peaceful sleep until the recording had almost finished. I awoke with a start after a short gap in the recording when Mary’s voice recommenced to finish off. I then dropped into a deep, peaceful sleep. So it certainly worked for me, even on the first attempt. Pat J.
