I listened to the hypno sleep recording for the first time last night.
Despite having an extremely fidgety foot after recently breaking my ankle, I managed a state of deep relaxation and hadn’t realised I had actually drifted into a peaceful sleep until the recording had almost finished. I awoke with a start after a short gap in the recording when Mary’s voice recommenced to finish off. I then dropped into a deep, peaceful sleep. So it certainly worked for me, even on the first attempt. Pat J.
